About the program
Improv for Educators & Business
Improvisation is a powerful professional development tool used beyond theater in business, medicine, and mental health. Educator workshops teach the same core improv skills we use with students. Educators learn how to bring them into any subject for any grade level. Workshops for business teams (nonprofit & for-profit) focus on applying core improv skills for communication, team building, and managing change. Our applied improv course for emerging leaders was developed with Radford University as part of a 12-hour training course.
People who complete our workshops build skills for:

Choose your format
Attend online or in-person group workshops. We also bring improv directly to schools and districts. Contact us to schedule a session.

Learn by playing
Just like our student programs, educator workshops teach through doing. You’ll work through the same improv principles your students will, and feel the transformation firsthand.

Earn SCECH credits
Michigan educators earn up to 12 professional learning hours. Our educator programs have been state-approved for SCECH certification since 2024.

Bring it to your classroom
We train educators to teach these skills to students, building the next generation who will thrive at school, work, and home. Every subject. Every grade level.
